FAQ

Do I need to buy a pass to attend the Festival?

The ideal way to experience the Festival is by purchasing a Pass. Passes offer the best chance of getting into the movies you want to see. Please check the Festival on a Budget Page for information on Other Ways to participate.

Will you consider unsolicited film submissions?

Absolutely. You can find specific information and a film entry form on the Film Entry Page .

Do you offer internships for students?

Yes. Descriptions of programs designed for those still in school, appear in the sections marked Student Programs and Volunteer Programs .

Are there any job openings with the Telluride Film Festival?

The Festival is currently accepting applications for volunteer positions for our next event. Please have a look at our Volunteer Programs.

Where and when can I get my hands on a program?

In Telluride, you'll be able to find a program guide at our Hospitality Center during the afternoon of the Festival's opening day. If you're not joining us this year, we'll post the program on this website in downloadable format sometime during the Friday afternoon preceding Labor Day.

Who's coming to the Festival?

We don't publicize that information before the Festival begins. Attending filmmakers are announced in our program guide, which can be picked up in Telluride during the Festival or viewed online (see Question No. 5 above).

What's the deadline for buying a pass?

There's no deadline other than the date we sell out of passes. Visit the Passes Page for more information on passes and their availability.

Where can I buy merchandise from past festivals?

Check out our online shopping experience at the TFF Shop to see if the items you are looking for are available. If not, don’t despair! Items rotate often, so simply send us an email to find out your desired item’s status.
